In order to ensure applicants have the time to fully and accurately complete their applications, the CMS Innovation Center is announcing an extension to the submission deadline for applications to the Oncology Care Model (OCM). The new deadline for payers and practices submitting online applications is June 30, 2015 at 5pm EDT. Only those payers and practices that submitted timely, complete Letters of Intent (LOIs) are eligible to apply to participate in OCM, and only the submission of web-based applications will be accepted.
Model materials, including the Request for Applications and updated Frequently Asked Questions document, are available on the OCM web page.
